1. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

• Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts will lead to permanent bans.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and security.

4. Wallet & Payments

• Users may add money to their wallet using approved, secure payment methods.
• Wallet balances can only be used to participate in competitive games and tournaments.
• Wallet funds are strictly non-transferable between users.

5. Game Participation

• Entry fees are clearly displayed before joining any game or tournament.
• Once a game starts and the entry fee is deducted, it is strictly non-refundable.
• Network disconnections or voluntary exits mid-game are treated as completed, zero-score attempts.

6. Results & Leaderboard

• Results are calculated using automated, server-side logic to ensure absolute fairness.
• Rankings are based strictly on the number of correct answers and the microsecond response time.
• Displayed results on the leaderboard are final and binding.

7. Winnings & Withdrawals

• Winnings are instantly credited to the user's wallet upon match completion.
• Withdrawals require successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the user.

8. KYC Verification

• KYC procedures may include PAN card and bank account verification.
• Failure to complete KYC will restrict your ability to withdraw funds from your wallet.

9. Prohibited Activities

• The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any unfair means is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting technical bugs or attempting to manipulate server results is strictly forbidden.
• Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balances.
• Creating usernames, uploading profile pictures, or submitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, promotes violence, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or SkillQuiz support staff.

10. Responsible Learning

• The Platform promotes responsible gameplay and encourages healthy competition.
• Users should play strictly for entertainment and within their financial limits.
• The Platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred during gameplay.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or abusive behavior.
• Wallet balances may be withheld pending the outcome of a fraud investigation.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, and software architecture belong exclusively to the Platform.
• Unauthorized copying, scraping, or distribution of our assets is strictly prohibited.

Engaging in invalid click activity will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
