Participation in our paid games and tournaments requires an entry fee. Once a user joins a game and the entry fee is deducted from the wallet, it is non-refundable. This is because our systems allocate a spot and process your participation instantly.

2. Deposit Refunds

Funds added to the SkillQuiz Wallet are intended for gameplay. If you have mistakenly added funds, you may request a refund to the original payment source provided that:

• The request is made within 24 hours of the transaction.
• No portion of the deposited amount has been used for gameplay.
• A processing fee (gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund.

3. Withdrawal Policy

Winnings can be withdrawn to your verified bank account. Once a withdrawal request is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Successful withdrawals typically reach your account within 1-3 business days.

4. Cancellation of Account

Users may stop using the platform at any time. However, any remaining "Unutilized" or "Winnings" balance must be withdrawn according to our withdrawal rules before account closure.
